Movement & Mobility Classes
At AR Fitness, We get people moving. Whether you’re a beginner or have been hitting the weights for years, our programs will help. We'll improve your mobility, range of movement and strength.
So what does that mean? At a basic level, it means you can experience the physical freedom and the confidence of knowing you can run, jump, and lift without being limited by pain, clumsiness, or fear of injury.
Working together through a structured program, you’ll get:
- Stronger wrists, arms, legs and core
- Better coordination, agility and balance
- More flexible hamstrings
- Extended range of motion in your shoulders
- Comfort in odd or unexpected positions
- And greater overall physical skill
So your next question is probably “how?”
Well, we’ll be combining the GMB Vitamin and Elements programs throughout the course. GMB was created through decades of experience in martial arts, gymnastics, physical therapy, and more. Using this knowledge as building blocks for a new kind of fitness training, GMB was designed for people to build profound capability and confidence in their bodies.

Movement Foundation and Basics: Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Advance Movement: Saturday 11:15 am to 12:15 pm
